Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

30-day return period

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact d5@d5tattoo.com before sending anything back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Return condition

Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase. Opened or used consumables, including practice skins, stencil or transfer paper, and other single-use practice materials, cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. When the issue is confirmed, D5Tattoo will provide the appropriate replacement, refund or return instructions and will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Change-of-mind returns

For an approved return that is not caused by a D5Tattoo error or product defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Use a tracked service; we cannot accept responsibility for an untracked return that does not reach us.

Stencil printer warranty

D5Tattoo stencil printers include a one-year limited warranty from the delivery date for manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover consumables, normal wear, accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification. Proof of purchase and diagnostic photos or video may be required. Depending on the issue, we may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair or a replacement unit.

Refund timing

We will inspect an approved return after it arrives. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Order cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order only before it enters fulfillment. After dispatch, the standard return process applies.
